These are the girls from Crowland’s Abbey High Fliers Trampoline Club who have been getting a taste of major competition in Portugal this week.

They flew out on Sunday for the Loulé World Cup – an event with hundreds of entrants from North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Olympians from London 2012 compete in the senior event. However, unlike the Olympics, the Loulé World Cup features three trampoline disciplines – individual, synchronized and tumbling.

Emily Blackbird, Jessica Jacob and Mollie Lupson are competing, while Brogan McManus and Katie Caesar are just going to train.

Kirsty and Andy Ringsell are accompanying them as coaches and Andy will also be judging the event.
