Holbeach Utd U12 further strengthened their prospects for consecutive titles with a 7-1 win over third placed Oundle.
They were ahead after five minutes when a poor clearance let in Liam Scales. Then Jordan Olive played clever through balls for Liam Sandall and Harry Collishaw to score.
Collishaw and Scales doubled their tallies as Holbeach made it 5-0 before half-time.
Both completed hat-tricks in a second half in which Oundle grabbed a consolation goal.

Spalding totally dominated this second round cup game.
Crisp passing and clinical finishing proved too much for Hungate.
A Giardelli strike saw the Tulips take the lead but they conceded a goal before half time.
The second half saw Spalding move up a level.
Martin gave them the lead and Jonny Allen’s superb right foot strike made it 3-1.
Then Matt Rose went on a run from inside his own half beating six players before being felled in the box. He converted the penalty.
• The previous week, Spalding went second in the table by beating Woodston 4-2, with goals from Dan Woods (2), Rose and Allen.

Holbeach progressed into the next round of the cup with a far from convincing performance against a team that played much better than their bottom of the league status would suggest.
It took 30 minutes before Charlie Dhanji played a defence splitting ball for Jordan Keeble to score his seventh goal in three games.
Declan Earth scored with a spectacular overhead kick from a corner and Conor Price netted a well-taken half volley.

Horncastle U15 3
Dons beat high-flying Horncastle after early goals by Meady and Castle.
Horncastle pulled one back, but with great passing and vision from Moxon, Meady restored the two-goal lead.
Dons made it 4-1 through Lourenco , but Horncastle then got a swift goal.
Moxon showed great control and kept his composure to make it 5-2 before the visitors grabbed another.

Blackstones just managed to hold on in this PFA Cup quarter-final.
They went ahead on 25 minutes with a well-taken header but Ben Lawrence drilled home for 1-1.
Pinchbeck got in front through Jacko Withers but immediately conceded again.
Three minutes later they were trailling and Pinchbeck’s late pressure couldn’t squeeze a third goal.

Holbeach moved up to second in the Mid Lincs League A.
Centre back Jordi Ivatt scored with a header from Brandon England’s corner.
A carbon copy goal from the same two players made it 2-0.
Then Davis set up a goal for Jamal Nyang who returned the favour for 4-0. A Ruston penalty made it 4-1 at the break.
Holbeach went on the rampage in the second half.
Gostic, who had a great game on the wing, helped get Josh Lawrence off the mark.
Nyang and Davis both grabbed their second.
Lawrence bagged the next two for his first hat- trick of the season, and Davis netted his tenth goal in five games.
• The previous week they bounced back from their first defeat in 52 matches by beating Kirton 5-0 (Davis (3), J Fowler, Lawrence).

Spalding were unlucky to lose.
They played really well but were denied by Leverington’s keeper.They were 2-0 down at half time but a header from Brandon Hall pulled one back.
They battled to get an equaliser but against the run of play Leverington made it 3-1.

A slow start for the Young Tigers proved costly in the cup.
Werrington took charge in the first half with three goals despite some fantastic saves from keeper Charlie King.
Billy Barnes ran straight from the kick off of the second half to pull a goal back.
However, Werrington hit two more. Then the Young Tigers found another gear ,with Matt Goodley and Barnes firing in.
Lewis Curson pulled it back to 5-4 but Holbeach ran out of time to find an equaliser.

This result saw the Young Tigers go top of the league with a game in hand, having scored 27 and conceded only one in four league games.
Callum Hoole fired them in front before turning provider for Charlie Parkes to cut in from the right and finish with great composure for 2-0.
Striker James Clark made it 3-0 in the second half and Parkes got his second of the day for 4-0.
Clark’s great first touch and volleyed finish made it five.

The league leaders won this derby which saw good football from both teams.
Holbeach nudged ahead on 15 minutes through leading scorer James Clark’s free-kick in.
Pinchbeck were unlucky to see an effort hit a post.
The second goal came when Clark turned provider for Willis Wright to finish with a good left footed shot.
And Wright set up strike partner Clark to coolly finish with the outside of his left foot for his 16th goal of the season.

Hykeham Tigers U10A 2
A neatly despatched early penalty put Hykeham ahead, but Dons gradually got into it.
They had to wait until late in the half to equalise, a corner finding Luke Hood and he finished at the second attempt.
In the second half another corner was flicked across the face of the goal by Hood and Mason Shores netted.
Then Harvey Wirkowski and Jacob Drew combined to set up Tyler McKendrick for 3-1.
Shores fired in his second from a free kick and despite a second for the visitors, Dons’ continued pressure paid off.
Shores beat two defenders to tee up his hat-trick goal and he completed the scoring with a neat turn and finish.
