YOUNGSTERS are being offered the chance to enjoy free taekwondo lessons in Spalding over the next week.
South Holland-based Spalding Kickers Taekwondo have teamed up with the town’s Castle Sports Complex to offer the training sessions to any children keen to get into the sport.
The lessons will offer an insight into both Olympic sparring and street survival techniques.
There is a free session on Thursday (11am-noon), while the club are also offering two free Olympic-style training lessons on Friday and Sunday.
Friday’s session runs from 7.30pm-8.45pm, with the Sunday lesson lasting from 10.30am-noon.
Should participants enjoy the activities, they are encouraged to sign up with the club afterwards.
