A TRIAL involving a man accused of using threatening words or behaviour against a neighbour is set to go ahead in Spalding today.
Daniel Cushway (55), of Frieston Ings, Boston, is due to appear before magistrates charged with threatening Stephen Timewell in March.
At a hearing in Spalding on Tuesday, Mr Cushway argued that he had not been given enough help by the Crown Prosecution Service in preparing for the trial, including a recording of the incident with Mr Timewell.
However, magistrates were satisfied that the case could go ahead today as planned.
