Spalding firefighters rescued a girl of 11 who was stuck up a tree on Saturday evening.
A spokesman for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue said the girl had climbed a tree in a park area on Balmoral Avenue, Spalding, and, when she became stuck, one of her friends raised the alarm shortly after 7pm.
Fire crews used a 9-metre ladder to reach the girl.
The spokesman said it’s believed the girl was injured in some way and unable to climb down herself.
The youngster was treated at the scene by an ambulance crew, who administered first aid and oxygen.
East Midlands Ambulance Service sent a solo paramedic and double-crew ambulance to the incident, but say the girl did not require hospital treatment.
